The Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption named Alii Healthcare, an ATDC Signature company, the No. 1 Small Rank Company in its 2015 Best Adoption-Friendly Workplaces List. The organization also ranked Alii Healthcare No. 27 on the overall list.
Alii Healthcare offers its employees eight weeks of paid leave and up to $10,000 financial reimbursement.

The announcement of the 2015 100 Best Adoption-Friendly Workplaces list comes as November is National Adoption Month, a collective campaign to raise awareness of the children in foster care waiting to be adopted.
Since 2007, the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption has compiled an annual list of the 100 Best Adoption-Friendly Workplaces to honor employers who offer the best adoption benefits in the United States. The ninth annual Best Adoption-Friendly Workplaces list also helps increase foster care adoption awareness while celebrating businesses that support adoptive families. There are more than 100,000 children in the U.S. foster care system waiting to be adopted.
