ATDC provides coaching to ATDC entrepreneurs and companies via Mentors, Catalysts and Entrepreneurs-in-Residence (EIRs). EIRs and Catalysts have typically started, funded, built, and sold startup companies. EIRs were typically CEOs of their startups, while Catalysts often filled other founder roles at the C-suite level.
The EIR program is rotational with advisors serving for one year. EIRs are chosen based on the specific needs of Signature companies. For instance, if ATDC admits a number of nanotechnology companies, then it will find and recruit a nanotechnology EIR if one is not already on staff. Meet our current EIRs.
ATDC Signature companies are paired with an EIR from day one.
ATDC Accelerate companies are paired with a Catalyst from day one.
ATDC Educate Entrepreneurs have access to Catalysts via office hours and our ATDC Teaching Mentors, via our website Members-Area.
Finally, ATDC offers a proven structured curriculum. Our workshops and classes rare structured with founders, chief technology officers and others in the greater startup community in mind. Our rigorous curriculum helps shape entrepreneurs into better informed, better prepared, and highly motivated leaders.
