Heard about SBIR or STTR but not sure what it is or if it applies to you or your company?  The “What is SBIR?” Circle is designed for those that know little or nothing about SBIR or STTR.  Come to this brief overview to learn about these federal funding programs.  This is a starting point for anyone considering SBIR/STTR funding.
