Dawn M. Price of the Georgia Department of Economic on the Georgia Centers of Innovation team will share the often untapped tax credits and opportunities available to digital entertainment startups in Georgia.

DAWN M. PRICE BIO

Dawn M. Price is a program analyst with the Georgia Department of Economic on the Georgia Centers of Innovation team. She is a member of the Atlanta Management Team that supports six centers with industry focuses on: Aerospace, Agribusiness, Energy, IT, Logistics and Manufacturing. Ms. Price manages the program’s budget, grant program, and assists with marketing. Past professional stints include executive marketing roles at the Henry County Chamber of Commerce and Mobile Media Enterprises. At the latter, she directed a multimillion dollar tour for a national telecommunications company.

Her professional background is in: Communications, Marketing, Project Management and Administration. Ms. Price received her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism degree from the University of Georgia. An active community member, she serves in various capacities as a Production Volunteer on the broadcast team at her church, a global ministry with millions of viewers worldwide. She is also a Board Member of The Bridge Academy, a school that provides non-traditional learning for urban youth in high school, who faced challenges in traditional academic learning environments by preparing them for post-secondary success.
