About Pricing Strategy

This workshop session taught by Tiffany Gilbert will cover the importance of pricing for your company’s overall profitability. We will explore different components of pricing including pricing strategy and policy and price negotiation.  The discussion will explore options available to improve your company-wide pricing as well as how to improve pricing at a transnational level.

About Tiffany Gilbert

Tiffany is a Managing Director in Accenture’s Strategy group and part of the Advanced Customer Strategy practice.  She specializes in Pricing and Commercial Strategy, specifically discount optimization and price negotiations.  Tiffany has helped numerous global companies in a wide variety of industries transform their business strategy, processes, organization and technology to maximize profitable growth.  She is the co-author of a chapter in the Oxford Handbook of Pricing  and  Selling Through Someone Else. 

Prior to joining Accenture, Tiffany held various general counsel and corporate counsel positions within the financial services, software, and manufacturing industries.

    About the Class
