ATDC provides unparalleled investor connections for startups. Through our Investor Connect program, we help our portfolio companies prepare for and engage with early-stage and growth-stage investors, providing the tools and guidance founders need to secure funding and accelerate growth.

We help companies become investor-ready through coaching on data rooms, pitch decks, financial storytelling, and developing a clear investor roadmap. We also offer curated introductions to venture capital firms, angel investors, private equity, corporate venture funds, and other nontraditional sources of capital.

Case Study

COMPANY PROFILE

A Georgia-based B2B technology startup focused on developing an enterprise software platform for a regulated industry secured initial funding from friends and family, achieving strong customer traction and recurring revenue. However, despite its market success, the company had limited experience in engaging with institutional investors.

CHALLENGE

As the company began exploring external capital for the first time, the founding team faced uncertainty around fundraising readiness and timing, difficulty identifying the right types of investors for their stage and sector, and limited exposure to investor expectations.

ATDC INVESTOR CONNECT APPROACH

ATDC worked with the company to assess capital readiness, clarify market positioning and growth narrative, identify investor profiles aligned with the company’s business model and maturity, and provide targeted feedback on pitch materials and fundraising strategy. ATDC facilitated curated introductions to investors aligned with the company’s growth trajectory.

OUTCOME

As a result of the Investor Connect process, the company entered investor conversations with clearer positioning and expectations, developed a more focused fundraising strategy, and built relationships with aligned investors to support its next stage of growth.
