As part of an initiative to help kick-start the launch of an entrepreneurial ecosystem in Atlanta’s Downtown district, the Georgia Institute of Technology is conducting a survey to identify what entrepreneurs need.
The 25-question survey — Atlanta’s Entrepreneurial Ecosystem — runs through April 30 and is completely anonymous.
The survey’s findings, which will be shared with key stakeholders, will help the Enterprise Innovation Institute (EI2) be better equipped to work with local entrepreneur support organizations and help them fine-tune their offerings to the greater entrepreneur community.
EI2 is Tech’s key statewide economic development and business outreach unit.
Tech researchers, along with sponsors, and partners, will analyze the responses and develop a set of recommendations and action plan for next steps, said Charles Ross, director of the Startup Network at EI2. Ross is running the survey.
“Our goal is to help ensure that new entrepreneurial initiatives for Atlanta are beneficial to the community by leveraging what already works and by creating new offerings that address underserved needs.”
