The Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) named its Georgia Top 10 Most Innovative Companies and the list was dominated by startups incubating at and being coached by Georgia Tech’s Advanced Technology Development Center (ATDC).
Six of the 10 companies on the list, which TAG announced March 17 at the 2016 Georgia Technology Summit, were ATDC Signature companies or graduates of the incubator’s programs.

Additionally, three of the startups also won People’s Choice Awards at the event:
- Rented: “Best Presentation”
- Rimidi: “Breakthrough Technology”
- Pointivo: “Best of Show”
Separately, Gimme Vending, an ATDC Accelerate level startup with software that enables vending machines to communicate sales, cash, and inventory data in real time, was named business launch winner at the TAG event.
The companies are all part of TAG’s Georgia Top 40 Most Innovative Companies list released in February.
