You expect “green” topics on an EPA solicitation, but what about “Homeland Security” or “Nanotechnology”? The topics might surprise you. The Environmental Protection Agency just might have a topic that fits the technical mission of your company. Yesterday, the EPA released its 2011 Phase I SBIR solicitation.
