The ATDC community has gained a valuable resource with the addition of a new Entrepreneur In Residence. Blake Patton has joined the team, bringing great knowledge and experience to our bench. Blake's role at ATDC is to provide mentoring to member companies as well as helping to grow the community through other valuable resources and potential new members.
Blake is an experienced technology executive with over 15 years of international payment card, financial services, transaction processing, software, and e-commerce industry experience ranging from early stage entrepreneurial to publicly-traded technology companies.
Most recently, Blake was CEO of iKobo, a global payments company that provides prepaid card remittance services. Previously Blake was EVP and Managing Director of IXL Europe, General Manager of IXL's Boston Office, founder and President of Siteman, VP of Swan Media, and Marketing Manager at SEI Corporation.
Blake earned a Bachelor degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Georgia Tech, where he was captain of the Swimming and Diving Team. Blake served on the Georgia Tech National Advisory Board (1990-1994) and was inducted into the Georgia Tech College of Engineering Council of Outstanding Young Engineering Alumni. He is active in the Alzheimer's Association and has co-chaired the Atlanta Memory Walk and the North Fulton Memory Walk.
