Founder Conflicts

Post placeholder image

Co-founders have an interesting relationship.  Usually they are friends, relatives, and/or co-workers before they decide to start a company together.  Everything is fun and exciting during this "honeymoon" period, but at some point, there will be tension…lots of it.  We strongly advise that you get all your ownership, control, decision making, and buyout issues on paper while everyone still loves each other during this honeymoon.

I found this article on founder conflicts courtesy of Knox Massey’s blog.  Good read.  Seems silly on the surface, but these are real issues!
