Entrepreneurship is Not an Individual Sport – Using Advisors to Effectively to Build Your Company
Presented by Tony Antoniades, General Manager, ATDC

Everyone knows about the importance of having a solid team to execute the plan, but it is equally critical that entrepreneurs surround themselves with quality business advisors that can give them a clear, outside perspective that they can’t get from their management team.  Tony will be discussing some best practices in recruiting, using, and compensating outside advisors to accelerate your business. You will also hear from a panel of entrepreneurs about their experiences in effectively using advisors.

You will learn:

  • The importance of having advisors
  • How to approach them and recruit them
  • The difference between advisors and board members
  • How to use advisors effectively
  • How to compensate advisors
