Tim is CEO & Co-Founder of ThingTech and has over twenty years of experience building and deploying geo-spatial technologies for fleet and asset tracking, telematics, and wireless mobile management. Tim is a high energy and motivated executive with a razor sharp focus on providing solutions and services that improve customer’s business and the world around us. Tim’s management style is built around creating scalable systems that are executed at 100%.
Tim most recently served as an Executive Vice President for an Atlanta-based technology company, RouteMatch Software, where he was also a co-founder and led the sales, marketing, and business development efforts. Prior to RouteMatch Software, Tim led the transportation group at GeoFields, a geospatial technology for energy and gas industries, where he focused on building and integrating real-time location and sensor technology for large transportation organizations such as Norfolk Southern, Delta Airlines, City of Atlanta, and multiple State DOT’s and Public Works departments.
Tim holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Georgia and the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech). He resides in Atlanta with his wife, Mary, and daughter, Claire.
Brian is President & Co-Founder of ThingTech and has over 12 years experience in the Fleet Tracking & Mobile Workforce Management technology field. Brian has personally designed, deployed, or managed over 250 GPS / AVL deployments in the U.S. and Canada, along with complementary technologies such as GIS-based Schedule and Route Optimization, mobile data computing, and advanced on-board vehicle logic units with integrated peripheral functionality. Previously, Brian served as Vice President at RouteMatch Software, Inc. – a market leader in passenger transportation management systems – where he led a Sales, Marketing, and Account Management team to over $40 M in revenue generation and 98% customer retention.
Brian graduated from Furman University with a Bachelors degree in Management. He resides in Atlanta, GA with his wife Tara and daughters Ruby and Lane
