NuTEQ is a SaaS provider of cloud-based mobile customer care solution called GOCare. GOCare is aimed at service providers with busy call centers and field operations to reduce operating costs and improve customer satisfaction (broadband, telephone, electric utilities, water & sewer utility, security services, etc).
GOCare is an interactive, SMS-based, mobile customer care service. SMS is society’s preferred form of communications today – everyone texts (est 8.5 billion texts/day in USA). Our software is integrated with a service providers’ back office systems allowing automated communication between subscriber and operator of outages, billing, payments, appointments – all causes of call volumes, missed appointments, and customer dissatisfaction. GOCare provides for natural add-on services to grow revenues beyond our initial product, including mobile “toll free chat” – SMS based chat on an existing toll free landline. SMS-based mobile customer care is a disruptive technology to traditional call center & customer care operations and cost structure. It is a preferred form of communications, more convenient, and a far lower cost than historical headcount and voice technology.
We have five contracted service providers – two are revenue producing, three in integration. We also contracted with NCTC – an industry cooperative buying group – for distribution and billing to their ~800 member companies.
