Case Basis operates as a way to constantly update clients with information while also serving as a way for each law firm to automate its case flow. A simple push notification sent to a client will save a firm’s staff valuable hours each day on the phones. On the client-side, Case Basis will interact with clients to keep each individual updated as to the status of his or her case.
