Embarassed to have to ask this but can't find the guidance in the NASA solicitation – do NASA SBIRs have the same TPOC contact schedule as DOD? I.e. for period A TPOCs can be contacted privately, period B TPOCs communications are public, and period C TPOCs cannot be contacted? And if so where is that schedule listed?

Unfortunately NASA prohibits contact with the Program Officials once the solicitation has been released. If you can find the correct contact information you can contact them PRIOR to release. But even that can be difficult.
