NOAA FY-2009 SBIR Presolicitation Notice
The Department of Commerce’s National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (DOC/NOAA) has issued a Presolicitation notice for their FY-2009 SBIR.
The NOAA solicitation will solicit proposals in four main topics:
· Ecosystems
· Climate
· Weather and Water
· Commerce and Transportation
The solicitation will be available on October 15, 2008 on NOAA’s website.
