Atlanta VC List

Knox Massey from ATA (Atlanta Technology Angels) recently put together a list of active Venture Capital funds in Atlanta.  It provides a good overview of who to talk to, what they are looking for, and some tips for working with them.  Startups usually get started with local money during the seed stage ( <$1M).  When they start to raise bigger rounds, that is when VCs from outside Georgia get involved.  In fact, about 90% of all the money invested in Georgia is from investors outside the state.
